They each contain essential oils that help deter insects from biting.

Spray Ingredients: witch hazel, sweet almond oil, lemon eucalyptus essential oil, cintronella essential oil, tea tree and lavender essential oil. 

Stick Ingredients: shea butter, sweet almond oil, neeswax, lemon eucalyptus essential oil, lemongrass essential oil, cintronella essential oil and lavender essential oil.
